Our volunteers are the driving force behind our events.

They play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere for all participants. These dedicated individuals assist with a variety of tasks, from welcoming guests and distributing goodie bags to managing logistics and supporting the organization.

With their passion for spirituality and personal growth, they contribute to the success of our events and ensure that every participant feels seen and supported. Their dedication and positive energy make every event a unique and valuable experience.

Our smudging team is a group of dedicated volunteers who offer free smudging to all participants of our events.

Smudging is an ancient ritual in which herbs, such as white sage, are burned to cleanse energy and create a positive, serene atmosphere.

Our smudging team greets guests upon arrival and offers them the opportunity to participate in this activity, which removes negative energies and promotes a sense of balance and clarity.

With their loving intention and care, they contribute to a pure and healing environment, making everyone feel welcome and grounded.

We will gather both days at 11:00 AM in the square in front of Sportcentrum Ookmeer.
From 11:11 AM to 11:50 AM, we will jointly start with the opening ceremony. Each day there will be a special indigenous guest, so bring your own drum or instrument.

The fair is open from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

At 5:00 PM, we will close the fair and the performances with tribe music and ecstatic dancing will begin. The evening with live performances and workshops will last from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The 6th edition of the Spiritual Experience Event takes place on:

With every ticket purchase, a QR code is automatically generated. You'll receive this code by email immediately after purchasing an online ticket.

You can show this QR code at the box office to gain direct access to the event.

At the event you can pay by debit card or cash.

We prefer to pay by card because we want to avoid having to keep as much cash as possible.

We can easily rebook a ticket for another day. Contact us by email to arrange this.

Exchanging a 1-day ticket for a weekend ticket is a different matter. We will issue a refund for the amount paid. You will then need to purchase a new weekend ticket yourself.

There are several roads to Rome, which means there are also several options to travel from Amsterdam Central Station to the Ookmeer Sports Centre.

Below, we'll explain how to get from A to B as clearly as possible. Always double-check your journey for any traffic jams or travel disruptions. Check the 9292 (app/website) or the NS (app/website).

There are over 100 bicycle parking spaces. These are not located in a bicycle shed, but simply outside on the square.

We are not responsible for the bicycles. Therefore, always lock them securely!

We have a large number of parking spaces nearby. We have 4 parking areas in the vicinity, totaling over 500 parking spots. Be quick, as there are many other sports facilities located here.

Additionally, there are other places where you can park your car in a garage and then take the bus for the last part of your journey.

- Check the parking spaces at Osdorpplein.
- From Osdorpplein, take bus 61 towards Station Sloterdijk, and get off at the Herman Bospad stop.
- From there, it's a 5-minute walk to sports center Ookmeer.

You can park for free at the Ookmeer sports center. This option is also available at the surrounding sports fields. Alternatively, you can park in the nearby paid parking area.

You can also park your car in a garage at Osdorpplein and take a short bus ride; naturally, there will be costs involved with that.

There are several hotels nearby, but we recommend the following hotels:

- Urban Lodge Hotel
- Ramada by Wyndham Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

You can pick up all sorts of treats at our canteen. You can also grab a drink.

On a sunny day you can also use the outdoor area, with all kinds of dining areas.

Please note that this is a canteen and not a 3 Michelin star restaurant, although the toasted sandwiches come very close.

At most stallholders you can pay by card or cash.

Some stallholders only accept cash. Therefore, make sure you always have cash on hand to pay with if necessary.

We generally charge exhibitors between €1 and €2 per minute. This means a 15-minute consultation can cost between €15 and €30.

Exhibitors can set their own prices. Discuss the duration and cost of your consultation beforehand to avoid any miscommunication.

Unfortunately, no pets or other animals are allowed in the Ookmeer Sports Center.

Guide dogs are allowed inside.

Our halls and activities are easily accessible. Everything is on the ground floor, so there's no need to climb stairs.

The activities are also easily accessible. You can participate with a wheelchair and/or other assistive devices.

Children are very welcome at the event. It's a safe space for children to connect with spirituality.

Please note : children up to 12 years old can order a junior ticket, which allows them to enter practically for free.

We will not exchange money in any form at the event.

Sometimes, if you order something at the canteen, it's possible to exchange money. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this, as the canteen is separate from the event.

We usually run a giveaway for each edition. You can win prizes at the event. You'll receive an email notifying you of the winners and their prizes.

Prizes may also be given away after the event. You'll usually have time to register for the giveaway at the event.

Unfortunately there is no cloakroom available at the event.

There are always first aiders present at the event.

In addition, the employees of the Ookmeer Sports Center are also authorized to provide assistance with minor medical questions.

There is also an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in the building.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building. You may, however, leave the building to smoke outside.

Of course, we don't support this activity. You can, however, enjoy being smudged indoors and inhale some sage smoke.

It is certainly possible to change your baby in the building.

If you indicate this at the reception desk, one of the sports center staff will open a changing room for you. This allows you to change your baby's diapers in peace and privacy.

Lost and found items should always be brought to the counter of the Omkeer sports centre, which is located in the entrance hall.

There are cameras in both halls, the entrance hallway, and the cafeteria. We are not responsible for items recovered or stolen at the event.

Therefore, always keep your things with you so that you cannot lose them.

If something is stolen or lost, it is best to go to the reception desk of the sports center, which is located in the entrance hall.
