The Spiritual Program

During the Let Love Rule Peace Tree Festival, Indigenous peace leaders, artists, and visitors from around the world gather to celebrate a day of love, hope, and connection. We light the sacred Eighth Fire, a flame symbolizing a new era of peace. Together we walk the ceremonial peace march, where every step is a prayer for a more beautiful world. We plant the Peace Tree, a living reminder of what connects us, a tree filled with wishes, dreams, and promises for the future.

From sunrise to sunset, rituals, music, art, and togetherness fill the air with magic. Songs, drum rhythms, and stories spanning generations resonate everywhere. At the festival, you'll feel the power of age-old traditions and new encounters. You can participate in ceremonies, workshops, and lectures that will touch your heart and broaden your horizons.

So much to see & experience

The Festival is more than just an event. It's a memorable experience, a place where you can truly feel the magic of connection. From the moment you step onto the festival grounds, you're transported into a world of love, inspiration, harmony, and unity.

Be amazed at the unique spiritual market, where beautiful handmade products, crystals, incense, jewelry, and other unique spiritual products beckon. Here you'll find more than just items, but objects with a story. Experience what it's like to reflect on yourself and participate in a reading or healing session that will give you new insights and touch your soul.

The day is filled with profound ceremonies, where ancient rituals and new dreams converge. And what makes this day even more special: you'll have the opportunity to connect personally with peace leaders from all over the world. People who carry the wisdom and strength of their ancestors and who want to share their message of peace, love, and unity with you.

Amidst all the sights, you can enjoy delicious, healthy food. Be amazed by the lovingly prepared organic food, or buy local and organic products to take home and maintain the energy of the day.

The Peace Leaders present

During the Let Love Rule Peace Tree Festival, we welcome special guests: peace leaders of ancient wisdom and new hope. They gather from around the world to light the 8th Fire with us, plant the Peace Tree, and share a message of unity and peace.

From the vast landscapes of the USA, the sacred lands of Mexico and Peru, the ancient forests of England, the vibrant culture of Colombia, and the soul of Chile. From the islands of the Moluccas and Aruba, the deep traditions of Indonesia and Vietnam, the rhythm of Africa, and the rich soil of Suriname. And here too, from our own Netherlands.

These peace leaders bring their stories, their ceremonies, and their loving, positive energy. They share ancient knowledge, songs, and prayers. They come not only as representatives of their people, but as brothers and sisters to all of us, to experience a day of love and connection with you.

Their presence is a gift. Together with them, we build a day that reminds us of who we are: one humanity, connected to each other and to the earth.

Art with a Mission – The Soul of the Let Love Rule Peace Tree Festival

On August 8, 2025, we will plant the Let Love Rule Peace Tree in the Fruittuin van West in Amsterdam, together with Indigenous peace leaders from all over. This tree is more than just a tree: it is a living symbol of peace, love, and connection.

But the energy of this day is also reflected in the powerful artworks presented during the festival. Art is not decoration here. Art is a language of the soul . Art touches, opens, reminds, heals . Each artist at this festival is linked to a specific peace project, and each artwork tells a living story of hope, struggle, compassion, and healing.

Grandmother Ejna – Divine Mother's Love - Wilfert Verweij
This project supports women who have been physically and emotionally abused, offering them a path to healing and strength. Dutch sculptor Wilfert Verweij is associated with this project. Wilfert is known for his work with natural materials and symbolic power. For the festival, he is creating a striking 3D painting that makes tangible what it means to return to your power—supported by the love of the Great Mother.

Brother Rodrigo Martinez Romero – Politics, consciousness and art School- Peter van den Heuvel
Rodrigo is committed to making the connection between social justice and creative expression tangible. This means conscious politics combined with art. His project is linked to Peter van den Heuvel , a renowned artist in Aruba with his own gallery and studio. Peter will create a painting that centers on the consciousness of the new era and the power of human dignity. His work exudes color, movement, and wisdom.

Sister Yacqueline Mijnssen – Tjocklatluve- Cristina Ochoa . Tjocklatluve creates a new beginning in Colombia for single mothers who want to produce sustainable cocoa for a fair price. The project is connected to the Colombian artist Cristina Ochoa , a herbalist and nature artist. Her artwork contains real natural materials and carries the healing power of plants, earth and feminine leadership. Her work literally embodies the cocoa spirit of connection.

Grandmother Mother Mother – Stichting Let Love Rule Peace- Hadewijch Gerlof
This foundation is committed to the worldwide planting of Let Love Rule Peace Trees, an underground network of roots that spread love and peace . Hadewijch Gerlof , who works with soul symbolism, is involved in this project. Her art contains spiritual codes that are recognized at the soul level. She designed the unique Peace Symbol , which is permanently placed next to the Peace Tree. This artwork invites silence, compassion, and inner peace. It is not an object; it is an experience.

Why art at the Let Love Rule Peace Tree Festival?

Art is more than aesthetics.
Art activates consciousness .
Art speaks to the soul without words .
Art builds bridges between cultures and lets you feel what words often cannot express.

During the festival, we present artworks born from dreams of peace , stories of connection, and the deep longing for a balanced world . Visitors can not only look, but also feel, participate, and remember . Each artwork has a QR code , which you can use to make a donation to support the projects.

The artists work with heart and soul. Their creations give shape and color to the missions of our peace leaders. Each work of art is a seed of peace . And like the tree itself, this art will continue to grow in people, in communities, in memory.

Let yourself be touched. Let yourself be amazed. And help make this visible to the world. Because art can change the world when it's made with love.

Visitors can not only admire the art but also hear the stories behind it and discover what projects are still ongoing. The creators, artists with roots both near and far, share their inspirations. You'll hear about the symbols, materials, traditions, and the hope inherent in each work.

The artworks will not be sold to the highest bidder. However, you can support the work of the peace leaders and their projects. Later, the foundation will lend out artwork. If the money remains, it will go to the projects.
