The Volunteer Team
Our volunteer team is here to give everyone the loving spiritual experience they deserve.
The team feels like a very close-knit family. That's because all our volunteers are also members of our community. This means we all share the same standards, values, mission, and vision.
Everyone is welcome to help us carry out our wonderful activities. This will enable us to help many more people and provide the love they need.
If you participate in an event, you're always welcome to join in on the activities on the day. We understand that you also want to enjoy yourself and help others. This way, we'll be considerate of each other and give you plenty of quiet time to fully appreciate the event.

The atmosphere within our team
We have a real team that's part of our community. If you help us organize our events, you'll be warmly welcomed into our team.
We are thrilled that you are helping us and those in need to support their spiritual journey.
As a token of appreciation, we'll treat you to a delicious dinner with the entire team on Saturday. We'll also provide food and drinks throughout the day, which we'll pre-purchase.
If you're coming to help us for two days, you can also choose to participate in a free activity of your choice. We'll fully facilitate this for you.
Of course, we'll give you the opportunity to enjoy the fair as well. If there are enough people supporting the team, you'll have plenty of time to wander the halls and enjoy the fair.
How can I help?
If you're assigned to welcome guests, you'll make sure all guests feel immediately at ease. You'll greet them with a smile and provide them with any necessary information about the day.
Consider the activities program and any important information such as smudging, etc.
You might also have to help out at the checkout if it gets super busy. Luckily, you only have to scan, not count.
When assisting with activities, you help with the preparation and smooth running of the planned activities.
This can range from setting up materials to guiding people to the relevant activities. Your help ensures everything runs smoothly and that everyone has fun. Flexibility is key here; you'll step in when needed!
As a member of the smudging team, you'll help perform smudging rituals. This involves cleansing someone's aura, often with sage or other herbs, and is performed to create a calm and pure atmosphere.
It's important that you have experience with this before you begin. If you're taking our training, this is the perfect opportunity to practice and strengthen your spiritual gifts.
It's a beautiful moment of reflection and respect. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone is comfortable during the aura cleansing process.
You'll help set up the venue before guests arrive and ensure everything is ready. Afterward, you'll also assist with the dismantling and cleanup.
It's physical work, but teamwork makes it light and enjoyable. Make sure everything is left tidy and organized, so we can start fresh next time.
We usually set everything up on Friday, put the finishing touches on Saturday, and then take it all down again on Sunday. So, we actually spend two days getting everything ready.
The stalls are delivered, so we don't have to take that into account.
With contests and reviews, you help promote our activities. This can range from awarding prizes to participants to collecting reviews after an event.
You create a fun atmosphere at the contests and motivate people to share their experiences. A smile and a positive attitude work wonders here!
As a volunteer at the cash register, you're the first point of contact for attendees who want to buy something. You'll check out products or tickets and ensure everything runs smoothly.
It's important that you're friendly, accurate, and manage the cash register effectively. You're happy to help guests with questions and maintain a clear overview. Of course, it can get busy sometimes, but with a smile and a relaxed pace, you'll ensure everyone is served quickly.
At the end of your shift, you ensure that the cash register is closed correctly and you report any unusual items to the coordinator.
As a flying goalkeeper, you're our "all-rounder" who can step in wherever help is needed. Whether it's an unexpected task, solving a problem, or supporting a fellow volunteer.
Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential here. You're the silent force that keeps everything running smoothly!
What does a day as a volunteer look like?
The day's schedule may vary depending on the activity, but there's always a program you can follow. Be sure to arrive on time for a short briefing so you know exactly what's expected of you.
We've scheduled breaks, and at the end of the day, there's a closing ceremony. Be there for the participants, but don't forget to enjoy yourself too!
Make sure you're reachable during the activity, for example, by phone. If there's something you can't resolve, contact a coordinator or colleague immediately.
Where can I leave my things?
We have a locked room where volunteers can safely store their personal belongings. Please ensure you leave valuables there when you don't need them during the day.
Please keep in mind that we cannot accept responsibility for lost items, so please leave truly valuables at home if possible.
As a volunteer, you play an important role and are responsible for ensuring the day runs smoothly. This means being on time, taking tasks seriously, and collaborating with your colleagues. Of course, something can happen or go wrong; that's no problem. Just be sure to inform the relevant team leaders immediately.
Communication is key. If anything is unclear, ask right away. Together we'll ensure everything runs smoothly and the participants have a fantastic time!
