Experience the invaluable opening ceremony, free for everyone. This is our gift to you on this special day! It's all about connecting with everyone around you, uniting us into a magnificent whole. Feel the power of the divine source and Mother Earth. This is an experience you will never forget.
Our ceremonies are supported by a medicine wheel, built by the shaman (Shaman Grandmother: Mother Mother). During these ceremonies, you will feel the energy of the power wheel and the people who guide it. And the best part? A ceremony costs only €25.00 per person, while this can normally be more than €50.
Before entering the ceremonial space, make sure you are smudged. Visitors who have purchased a ceremony will be given priority over other visitors. By allowing yourself to be cleansed, you show respect for the sacred space, and you enter "clean." Which we greatly appreciate.

Workshop Program
We'll be offering so many fun activities! Our workshops combine spirituality and fun in the best way. For just €20.00 you can participate in a workshop. Additional costs will be charged for materials, but it's worth every penny. Everyone can sign up until the spots are full, so be quick!

Our smudging team is a group of dedicated volunteers who offer free smudging to all participants of our events.
Smudging is an ancient ritual in which herbs, such as white sage, are burned to cleanse energy and create a positive, serene atmosphere.
Our smudging team greets guests upon arrival and offers them the opportunity to participate in this activity, which removes negative energies and promotes a sense of balance and clarity.
With their loving intention and care, they contribute to a pure and healing environment, making everyone feel welcome and grounded.
Dates and Opening Hours
The opening ceremony is from 10:00 to 10:45.
The stallholders will then have from 10:45 to 11:00 to set up their stall and finalise everything before they can assist you.
Doors will open at 11:00 AM for visitors. In the meantime, you can have your ticket scanned and take a seat in the cafeteria.
The 5th edition of the Spiritual Experience Event will take place on:
August 31 and September 1, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- The opening ceremony on the square starts at 10 am
- Doors open for visitors at 11:00
- Doors close at 5:00 PM

We offer different types of tickets: day tickets and weekend tickets.
These tickets can be further divided based on group size.

Weekend:

Discounts may be available. Current prices and any discounts can be found on our website at the ticket office.
With every ticket purchase, a QR code is automatically generated. You'll receive this code by email immediately after purchasing an online ticket.
You can show this QR code at the box office to gain direct access to the event.
At the event you can pay by debit card or cash.
We prefer to pay by card because we want to avoid having to keep as much cash as possible.
We can easily rebook a ticket for another day. Please contact us by email to arrange this.
Exchanging a one-day ticket for a weekend ticket is a different story. We will refund the amount paid. You will then have to purchase a new weekend ticket independently.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a ticket for a future edition.

There are several roads to Rome, which means there are also several options to travel from Amsterdam Central Station to the Ookmeer Sports Centre.
Below, we'll explain how to get from A to B as clearly as possible. Always double-check your journey for any traffic jams or travel disruptions. Check the 9292 (app/website) or the NS (app/website).

There are over 100 bicycle parking spaces. These are not located in a bicycle shed, but simply outside on the square.
We are not responsible for the bicycles. Therefore, always lock them securely!
Parking Spaces
We have plenty of parking nearby. We have four parking lots around the area. This adds up to around 500+ parking spaces. Be quick, as many other sports facilities are located there.

There are also other places where you can park your car in a garage and take the bus for the last part of the journey.
- Check the parking spaces at Osdorpplein for this.
From Osdorpplein, take bus 61 towards Sloterdijk Station and get off at the Herman Bospad stop.
- Then you can walk to the Ookmeer sports centre within 5 minutes.

Food and Drink
You can pick up all sorts of treats at our canteen. You can also grab a drink.
On a sunny day you can also use the outdoor area, with all kinds of dining areas.
Please note that this is a canteen and not a 3 Michelin star restaurant, although the toasted sandwiches come very close.

Frequently Asked Questions
At most stallholders you can pay by card or cash.
Some stallholders only accept cash. Therefore, make sure you always have cash on hand to pay with if necessary.
We generally charge exhibitors between €1 and €2 per minute. This means a 15-minute consultation can cost between €15 and €30.
Exhibitors can set their own prices. Discuss the duration and cost of your consultation beforehand to avoid any miscommunication.
Unfortunately, no pets or other animals are allowed in the Ookmeer Sports Center.
Guide dogs are allowed inside.
Our halls and activities are easily accessible. Everything is on the ground floor, so there's no need to climb stairs.
The activities are also easily accessible. You can participate with a wheelchair and/or other assistive devices.
Children are very welcome at the event. It's a safe space for children to connect with spirituality.
Please note : children up to 12 years old can order a junior ticket, which allows them to enter practically for free.
We will not exchange money in any form at the event.
Sometimes, if you order something at the canteen, it's possible to exchange money. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this, as the canteen is separate from the event.
We usually run a giveaway for each edition. You can win prizes at the event. You'll receive an email notifying you of the winners and their prizes.
Prizes may also be given away after the event. You'll usually have time to register for the giveaway at the event.
Unfortunately there is no cloakroom available at the event.
There are always first aiders present at the event.
In addition, the employees of the Ookmeer Sports Center are also authorized to provide assistance with minor medical questions.
There is also an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in the building.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. You may, however, leave the building to smoke outside.
Of course, we don't support this activity. You can, however, enjoy being smudged indoors and inhale some sage smoke.
It is certainly possible to change your baby in the building.
If you indicate this at the reception desk, one of the sports center staff will open a changing room for you. This allows you to change your baby's diapers in peace and privacy.
Lost and found items should always be brought to the counter of the Omkeer sports centre, which is located in the entrance hall.

There are cameras in both halls, the entrance hallway, and the cafeteria. We are not responsible for items recovered or stolen at the event.
Therefore, always keep your things with you so that you cannot lose them.
If something is stolen or lost, it is best to go to the reception desk of the sports center, which is located in the entrance hall.
