UMAI Circle – Break Patterns and Return to Yourself (Saturday and Sunday)

The UMAI circle is a joint ceremony for both women and men, working with the Navajo Wedding Basket as a symbol for balance, origin, and connection.

During this session, you consciously step out of the daily hustle and bustle and take the time to reflect on what is going on inside you. In a safe and calm setting, you work with themes such as patterns, tension, and experiences that often operate unconsciously.

The circle focuses on the so-called "womb lineage" as a source of life and connection. This is approached not only personally but also in the context of generations: what you carry with you and what you may want to break or change.
